一、个人简介
邱雷,博士,教授,博士生导师,德国洪堡学者、香港香江学者,入选了中国科学技术协会首批“青年人才托举工程”、江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才A类、江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师,获霍英东教育基金会青年教师基金资助。
2012年于南京航空航天大学获博士学位,2017年破格晋升教授,现于机械结构力学及控制国家重点实验室、智能材料与结构航空科技重点实验室、结构健康监测与预测研究中心从事教学和科研工作。
现任民航飞机健康监测与智能维护工信部重点实验室副主任、中国航空学会青年工作委员会委员、中国航空学会测试委员会委员、中国无损检测协会新技术委员会委员、国家自然科学基金委机械工程学科“十四五”发展战略规划撰写组成员、国家自然基金和教育部学位论文通讯评议专家、国际会议The International Symposium on NDT in Aerospace科学委员会委员、国际期刊J Vibroeng和J Meas Eng编委。
从事飞行器结构健康监测与智能蒙皮技术的研究。主持国家自然科学基金面上(2项)/重点(南航负责人)/青年基金、教育部霍英东青年教师基金、航空科学基金(2项)、教育部博士点基金、博士后特别资助/面上一等资助、民用飞机先进技术研究专项、国防973子项目、国家重点型号技术攻关子课题等国家/省部级项目12项。发表期刊文章近110篇,其中,在IEEE T Ind Electron、Mech Syst Signal Proc、Struct Health Monit等期刊发表SCI文章60余篇。授权美国发明专利2项、中国发明专利40余项、软件著作权17项。获江苏省科学技术奖一等奖、国防技术发明二等奖等省部级科技奖励4项,获结构健康监测领域顶级国际会议European Workshop on Structural Health Monitoring 2016最佳论文奖。

* 结构健康监测系统集成技术(智能传感器、结构健康监测系统软硬件、基于物联网和5g技术的网络化结构健康监测系统)
